This is a refurbishment project that required a major transformation of an existing tired conversion into an authentic Parisian bistro on a shoestring budget. The area at the rear was converted into a commercial kitchen and the area front of house was restored to the a sensitive interpretation of the original house.
The interior forms a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the restaurant and the overall plan functions well to provide easy access and flow of customers and staff.
